Sunset Adventure

Renan and I went on a little biking adventure on Christmas day to the island in the sky in canyonlands natl park. A truly amazing birds eye type view of the layers of sandstone that make up the canyonlands. SKinny little weebly wobbly towers of rock jut out of monument basin(the bottom), many of which have been climbed and some that await a first ascent. It looks like mars down there and I imagined aliens residing here, transforming the towers into castles, flying their ufo's in and out of the canyons. nanunanu..hehehe.
